You’ve heard of physical health, mental health, emotional health, but have you ever heard of Financial Health?

If money, credit, and finances stress you out, it’s affecting your health. From stomach pain to high blood pressure, to anxiety to panic attacks, it’s unhealthy. When we are unhealthy, we can make decisions based on emotion instead of logic.  I know the feeling. As a survivor of domestic and economic abuse, my health suffered, my credit suffered.  I had no money.

I was drowning in debt, sadness, and pain.

After leaving, i was able to raise my credit score WELL over 200 points, lose 100 pounds, and purchasing my home all in the first 15 months! I had many friends come to me for help. I soon realized I could breathe and became a fierce, powerhouse of accomplishments one after the other. I started seeing a glimpse of that girl who I once knew and loved. Me. I knew then that I was UNSINKABLE

I have made it my life’s mission to help women become financially healthy.

What is a Financial Health Coach?

A Financial Health Coach isn’t like any other coach. We not only discuss money and credit, but your relationship with money. We look at your specific cycles, obstacles, and  habits that cause you to continue to have an unhealthy relationship with your money and find ways to help you break the cycle.

When Should I Hire a Financial Coach?

We all know the first step to solving any problem is realizing that a problem exists. You should begin working with a Financial Coach as soon as you notice, or when you choose to acknowledge there is a problem. A Financial Coach is here to offer support and guidance through tough love, tools, and resources.

What is the Difference Between a Financial Coach and Adviser?

In a nutshell, a Financial Coach helps you develop a healthy relationship with money, teach you to save, build/fix your credit

“More important than the how we achieve financial freedom, is the why. Find your reasons why you want to be free and wealthy.

—Robert Kiyosaki
