Yes. I partner with Realtors throughout Alabama, Florida, and Louisiana. I am local to and serve Baldwin County, Mobile County, and Escambia County, including cities of Robertsdale, Foley, Fairhope, Daphne, Spanish Fort, and surrounding areas. 


If the buyer is responsive and documents are available, preapprovals can often be completed quickly. The strongest approvals happen when we do it right up front. 


 Yes. I host first-time homebuyer classes and can also provide office trainings, lunch-and-learns, or small group sessions focused on financing education. 


That’s my lane. If a deal is complex, I’ll tell you what’s possible, what’s not, and how to position it for a clean close.

I offer a wide range of loan programs including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and specialty options for self-employed borrowers, relocations, and complex scenarios. As a mortgage broker, I’m not limited to one bank’s products, which allows me to match buyers with the program that best fits their goals and the property. 


I’ve worked in the mortgage industry for many years, starting on the processing side before originating. I’m deeply familiar with the Baldwin County market and the common challenges that come with properties in this area, including acreage, flood zones, insurance considerations, and rural financing. 


 I’m a mortgage broker. That means I work on behalf of the client, not a single lender. This gives me flexibility in programs, pricing, and underwriting options, which is especially helpful when deals are layered or non-traditional. 


I explain rates in plain language and focus on context, not headlines. I help buyers understand how rates affect payments, affordability, and strategy so Realtors are not left managing confusion or unrealistic expectations. 


A pre-qualification is a quick conversation. A pre-approval is a review of credit, income, and assets. I focus on real pre-approvals so offers are strong and underwriting does not derail the deal later. 


Referrals can be sent by phone, text, email, or introduction. I keep the process simple and always respect the Realtor-client relationship. 


Yes. I provide buyer education tools, checklists, and market insights that Realtors can share with their clients to support the buying process. 


 By structuring deals correctly, communicating early, and addressing issues before they become problems. My goal is always a smooth path to closing.
